What is stored

Company membership, username, email address, uploaded documents, course drafts, invitations and learning answers. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes.

Document processing

Source-based mode processes documents on the application server. AI mode is disabled by default. After activation, text is transferred only when that mode is explicitly selected.

Access and learning reports

Companies are separated. Administrators and editors manage their company content; learners see assigned courses. Reports aggregate course data. Session and language settings use functional cookies.

Before commercial launch

Operator details, binding deletion periods, data processing agreements, data region and the final privacy notice still need to be established and reviewed. Use non-confidential test documents during the pilot.
